For postal repairs we can discuss prices by email or phone initially and follow up with a firm quote on receipt of your watch.
If, at that point, you don't want to proceed, we ask a flat £10 payment to cover return p&P by Royal Mail Special delivery.
All quotes include return by this method, which we also strongly recommend you use when posting work to us.
