About Us
It's almost impossible to give a fixed price for most repairs without seeing the watch or clock first. We're always happy to offer free quotes on inspection, whether in person or by post. If an item is received by post all we ask is the cost of return P&P (typically about £10 for watches by special delivery) if you don't want o proceed with the repair.
Once we've offered a quote we'll never increase the price witout your express permission and, if you decide you're not happy with an increase, we won't charge for any work already done. We believe this is the best way to reassure owners that they won't be held to ransom once their prized possession is in our hands.
Even with that said, we know that some people would prefer to have a ballpark figure in mind before deciding if it's worth getting a quote, so the list below gives an idea of the starting prices for various popular jobs. Note that all prices are "plus post" if you can't visit us in person:
